Our return policy allows you 30 days from the moment you receive your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth return process, please remember that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it should be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We also ask that you keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy, as this will be necessary to process your return.

We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back to us. It’s important to note that items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted, so please make sure to follow this step!
We also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’re committed to making it right and ensuring you have a positive experience with us.
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
For those in the European Union, we want to remind you of your 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide justification. Just like our standard policy, the item must be in its original condition with tags attached.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you can expect to see the refund processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to reflect this in your account.
